Metaphysical Healing Properties

Polychrome Jasper is a stone that's strongly connected to the Fire element, and therefore encourages passion, exuberance, vibrancy, vitality, action, and creativity. It has very good for grounding as well as centering. It assists one in stabilising energies that will deepen and strengthen one’s connection to Gaia. Visualisation with this energy helps one to  channel intentions into manifestation by stimulating your creativity and enhancing imagination. Due to its active nature, it helps us to shift stagnant energy and release issues which no longer serve us. It also has protective qualities and is beneficial when entering into an area where the energy feels more ‘dense’, ‘gloomy’ or ‘negative’. Great for harmonising the aura.

History: Polychrome Jasper, also known as Desert Jasper, is a variety of Jasper discovered in Madagascar in 2008. Interesting to note is that all material must be hand dug due to the difficult terrain and conditions. Polychrome Jasper only forms in huge masses and got its original name, Desert Jasper, from its distinct shades of brown, red, and tan. These bold colours are caused from inclusions by the metal known as Iron. It’s very popular in raw form for all crafters, sculptors, and carvers
