Other Descriptions:

Seraphinite is a trade name for a particular form of clinochlore, a member of the chlorite group. Seraphinite apparently acquired its name due to its resemblance to feathers due to its chatoyancy. Seraphinite is named after the biblical seraphs or seraphim angels (the highest angelic order). This stone assists in the releasing of emotional patterns which no longer serve us and brings about order and balance. Useful for those who feel disconnected from their physical bodies as it brings electromagnetic energy into the body via the Kundalini. If used in meditation or during dream-state, it assists communication with angels. Deepened awareness of the Divine Feminine can be brought about by this high resonance stone.

Metaphysical Healing Properties

Known for its ability to stimulate the Kundalini energy, it is able to assist the chakras to awaken from the Base to the Crown, linking the physical and ethereal bodies and opening communication to the Devic and angelic realms. It is both energising and centering, and its shades of green bring a soothing heart energy, carrying vibrations of wholeness and balance throughout the physical body. In Feng shui, Seraphinite is believed to bring wood energy, which is associated with new developments, health and vitality.

Harmonizes /Combines with: Moldaste, Phenacite, Rosophia, Scolecite, Petalite, Tanzanite, Danburite, Azeztulite, Herkimer “Diamonds”, Tektite, Charoite.

History: Historically , Seraphinite was worn as an amulet to prevent snake bites. Seraphinite is thought to encourage the flow of energy in the body and release blockages. It is also considered to be helpful in encouraging positive energy, harmony and balance. In traditional Hindu belief systems, Seraphinite is linked to Anahata or the heart chakra, which governs decision making, the emotions and love.
